Unexpected weight loss 📉 💪. Stuck at home with Covid. Little to no exercise but watching what I eat. Haven't really had a big appetite 😕
89.2 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I don't know if I had covid or not but I'm on day 6 and it is finally getting a bit better

Get better soon! Covid is the vehicle that launched me to get more serious about my weight. Because my taste buds changed and everything tasted like heaps of salt I lived on Woollies Butterscotch grapes - it was all i could face!
