Well, hooray.

I broke 280lbs - only 104lbs to go.

I guess if you ask the 'regular' guy on the street, they might say, wow and I thought 250lbs was fat.

I dunno, what am i getting at here?

Folks who say 'the best way to lose weight is to not get fat in the first place.'

I don't like those people...they don't understand struggle to the degree that losing weight tests your emotional 'metal.' Or maybe, they're just mean or vacant.

I am happy with the progress that I have made, now day 23, so screw the regular guy.

I am in the fight of my life, literally, if i don't get this weight off once and for all, i might not see 60.

I suppose it's best to cope with the time I need to dedicate to my program by remembering:

'A journey of a thousand miles begins with a first step.'

And so it goes...

Congrats! You're doing amazing! And I love your mindset! Focus on you and your health. Negative and judgemental people will always find something to use against you because they don't want to face their own insecurities.

Congrats on 280! I remember how proud I was when I got there. Don't give up your journey. Progress isn't always measured on the scale. Happy Easter.

I was in the same situation .... lose the weight or die ... it is highly motivational - and I could care less what anyone else thinks. One day at a time and they mean it. "You may not be there yet but you are one day closer than yesterday" Stick with it - it does work.❤️❤️

Drink your water "with" your meals - give yourself hours between meals and IF overnight - and sleep as often as possible. Keep going - you got this!

Tune out the noise, as hard as it may be. Just keep up the hard work, and you will get there. Hopefully some really good habits will be formed along the way to make it easier to stay healthy. Thank goodness your doctor has intervened!
