lol ran out of eggs! Glad I did, dug around the frig and found the avocados I forgot I had! Plum tomato, cilantro, a squeeze of lime on burnt (opps) multigrain toast and a side of bacon.

Was off the mark yesterday food-wise, but the good news is I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would and I didn't feel good afterwards, so I think I will be OK for a while.
