Not one to generally journal but I just commented for the first time on someone else's journal so I thought I had better put myself out there for the good, the bad and the ugly. So far in 13 days I have lost almost 12 pounds. I am half way through the initial phase of my body reset. I have actually lost 21 pounds in the first 3 weeks of the plan. I have 3 more weeks to go and am starting to feel over confident and sometimes that lends itself to cheat. So hear is to the next 3 weeks and then the following 2 months. Stand by.
