didn't get in my cardio this am but will do something tonight even if it's just a walk with the baby after dinner. Maybe I can do cardio x whille she's watching a dvd. so hungrey today and really trying to fight that. trying to stay away from the bars this week and go lower on my carbs as well, drinking green tea and trying to stay away from diet soda as well. just trying to tweak and change alittle TO see a difference. Need a new recipe to try for this weekend to help stay on track too. staying on track over the weekend should produce a loss. fingers crossed. Of course it's only Tuesday so got to get through the week first lol.
