1st Measurements and Weigh in for 2022.
Well the wheels fell off between January and March 2022. Moving houses and an increase in workload meant I had to rework my routine. Luckily damage wasn't so bad.
BF %: 11% up from 9.5% at the end of last year.
Going to be eating between maintenance of 2600kcal and a slight surplus of 2800kcal
Goal is 72kg @ 11% BF by July, ideally i don't want BF going over 12%, I'll attack the BF once I reach goal weight
