I feel I will get shafted with my weigh in tomorrow. I have been at 135 all week, ate well yesterday and bam, I was at 137 this morning! TOM is in town so I am sure that is the culprit. It's caused some not too great eating today for me so I have a feeling I will not only not get to record a loss as I had planned tomorrow, but recording a gain may be happening. I had done so good all week so it's disappointing to see that happen at the end of the week. I am fighting cravings though too so I will just need to keep my head on straight about it too.
Monday and Tues I had good days of exercise: Mon: Weights 15 Bike 43 min Run 10 min
Tues: Run/walk 2.5 mi/ 30 min swim 15 min floor toning 20 min
Wed: Bike 15 min
I was busy all day today with stuff and am working tomorrow. I think I settled on buying a Trek 7000 hyrbrid bike. I will prob go and try it and get it this weekend which will of course lead to a nice long bike ride! I've really been enjoying biking and the challenge of it at a higher resistance. I also read some info on improving your running stride to make it more effective, so I am looking forward to trying that out too. Hope you all have a great weekend. uh, are you talking real bikes or exercise stationary thing? lol i don't know much about bikes. i wish we lived in a more scenic, cooler place, id enjoy a bike ride! good thing- tom usually packs up when he leaves.

I ride a stationary bike at the gym and up the resistance to b/w 10-15. I also ride outside which is the Trek bike I am talking about.
