14 kilos, with almost 2 months break during winter

Well done! My aim is to lose 6-8 kg but at my age it seem to be a very big fight 🤗🙈.

my mom is 66 and she has lost 9 kilos this spring by counting and restricting calories same way I do and upping her activity levels (walking, swimming and going to the gym) It's possible at any age!
