I am totally thrilled to bits. My BP yesterday was 127/82. For those of you who have read a little bit about me, I actually started my weight loss journey on January 27/22 following a (discouraging) doc visit two days before. Doc informed me that my BP was 144/90+. Weight loss and exercise was strongly recommended. Since that date I have lost 19.8 pounds and counting. Excuse my babbling but I feel I have dodged a bullet and responsibly looked after my health without BP drugs.😁😁
