Happy Friday FS friends!
Looking forward to a new weekend of, finally, some sunshine and warmer temps up here in New England.
With that being said, my plan for this month is to focus on my diet and thought process towards my weight loss program.
I will now start to 'pepper in' some dog walking and yard work in preparation for May's back in the gym goal.
If you have been following me, you know that May 25th is my goal to get below 265lb and is consequently, also my birthday.
Why 265lb?
My brand new electric bike has a weight limit of 265lb and I have been so sad to see it sit in the garage never used since purchase.
I'm going to do everything in my power to hit that goal.
Let's hope it's the sweetest bike ride I have ever taken.
Fingers crossed.
