Take photos and measure various body parts, not just your waistline. Forget the scale for a month and work on the other measurements. Start fresh today on a fitness program of your choosing. Weigh at the one month mark, take photos at the six-week mark. Basically, if you feel like you are going in circles, take a different path and see where it goes.

First things first, you are NOT alone. Remember, you are beautiful and amazing. If no one has told you that today then I will and I truly mean it. Everyone has their ups, downs, and troubling times. Do not be afraid to talk to someone whether it is a friend, family member, or a professional!

Thank you all for the support. It really helps. I’m starting fresh every day regardless of how the day before went. One day at a time is all I can do.

start small, make one change and keep it then set a new goal. It took you years to get where you are and you won't fix it overnight. But 5-10-15-20 years down the road your body will thank you. I'm in that space too girl and I started with cutting out sugary drinks then unhealthy snacks and learned to substitute unhealthy for healthy when a craving would hit. I wish you the best and will be praying God will strengthen your resolve and motivation. 🙏🏻💜🙌🏻

I’m not sure what your exercise habits are currently but maybe a little bit of fresh air will help. Something about endorphins, I’ve heard 🙂. Hoping to get out for a small walk/hike myself this weekend. Hang in there; you are most certainly not alone in feeling stuck or not getting anywhere.

Gosh can so many of us relate to how you’re feeling. We all have valleys on this journey and folks have left some really good advice. Sometimes I just need to change it up to jostle me out of a funk. Whether that’s a haircut or trying a new recipe or walking in a new park - just something to cut through the haze. Good luck

I can definitely relate! I've been there before But you can do it !you're stronger then we give ourselves credit for ! The first step to moving forward is acknowledging your short comings when you know the issue you know what to fix. Be kind to yourself and remember small changes turn into BIG results! The mind is so powerful fight to change your mindset and the rest will follow! We're rooting for you!🧡

Recently, I felt stuck and tired of being obese. I simply closed my eyes and uttered a plea to God, “I need help”. God heard my prayer and has guided me daily to change small things in my life that are helping me get positive momentum in improving my health. He will help you too.
I’m trying the ‘eating whole food plant based’ plan and my body is loving it. Every day the scale is showing lower weight results. 😁
I bought a few new pieces of clothing, got my nails done and a new haircut. I feel like it’s a NEW ME and I’m loving it. It just takes one step at a time and you’ll create the change that you long for with God’s love and guidance. I’ll pray for you, my friend.
