On a daily basis I am eating in a range of 1550-1690 kcal per day. I do Bikram Yoga 6 days a week which should be burning calories about 600kcal per day in addition to burning calories from usual routine. (sum of calories burned from Sleep: 450kcal, studying:500kcal, driving:100kcal, resting:400kcal) That is at least 1800-1900 kcal burned per day.

Yet, I gained 3lbs over the weekend. I definitely look a bit chubbier.

One thing I noticed was that I have eaten past 8PM which might have contributed to my weight gain. So I came to conclusion that despite the fact that I consumed less calories than work done, it is the period of time that affects the diet.

From now on, I will stop eating at around 6PM and will see how much it affects to my weight.
