I hope to be in the upper 160’s by the end of April. It’s tough some days as I often feel quite hungry by 10 PM. I find that I really can’t lose weight unless my calories are no higher than 1250 to 1350 a day. Walking at least 6 days a week are also a must for me. I am documenting carefully and weighing/measuring my food to ensure best accuracy. Still folks, it is a challenge to lose my COVID weight.

i am in a similar range, I started at 175, 3 years ago now at 157. I have not been super consistent and probably enjoy too much red wine and chips in the evenings. I walk most days but find my biggest win weeks are when I go for 1200 cal days and I have been waiting as long as possible to eat my first meal. So then I don't get as hunger in the evenings. Hang in there, It's coming off! yay spring!

If you need to snack try veggies and hummus or tatziki, I work till 3am and after ten it is only veggies and dip for me. Also, are you taking vitamins D and B12?

Thanks for all your encouragement❤️ folks. ValieMac, I agree totally about max 1200 but it’s NOT easy! Eating primary cals at dinner does help though. Zairamandic, I am taking 1 multi-vitamin as well as high dose omega-3 (per doc for excessively dry eyes). I have broken my snack habit and don’t want to backslide. PattiOB, I never got Covid thank heavens but I sure got the poundage😖😄
