I have not been on in a while. But I’m still making my way down. I’m at 208 now. I still want to be around 190. I think that is the best healthy weight for my body.
I’m currently in Utila, Honduras. I’m not the party guy on the island so it has been easier to stick with a lifestyle of fruits, vegetables, and seafood. I still eat pork, beef, and other meats just not as often. Lots of water! I do drink but that maybe once a week if that. For me it has been just life choices.
I’m liking what I see. I’m liking how I feel.
