Ugh, really depressed right now, none of my weight is coming off and worst part is I am trying soo hard and starting to get frustrated. I went with my diet coach and asked me if I've been cheating cuz you can't lie in front of the scale, but honest to god I have not cheated. I do not understand why this diet is not working for me. Truth is I cannot afford to cheat because this diet is to costly to cheat. I honestly do not know. Tomorrow I am supposed to call my diet coach and report if I have lost anything but since four days ago that I went to the doctors office I have only lost 4 oz. Tomorrow I will know what I will do. Hope that by tomorrow I at least have dropped 2 lbs.
