Don’t feel great this morning as I had a very late dinner which I really should skipped and drink some water instead. Slept badly. Feel stuffed. Heavy. Sickish. Not excited about breakfast today. One of those worse cases when you lost control and start thinking and regret when all the food has already gone.
Lesson learnt. Must keep focus on be good to myself and overeating at night time is not

I also don't like eating late at night. I like to wake up and feel hungry. Like my body has used every last calorie from the day before.

Thank you for the support BoozyFloozy ♥️ You are absolutely right It didn’t effect my weight much. I just that I didn’t feel good physically after.
