Going on vacation in 6 days! super excited but I'm a little nervous I'm going to gain my weight back. Should I still record?
128.4 kg Lost so far: 22.9 kg.    Still to go: 60.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think it depends on you. I like recording because even when it’s bad, it’s not as bad as I would have thought in my head. It stresses some people out. I have no problem eating “bad” and recording it. It’s all just data to paint the picture of where I am. If you need to not record to relax, then don’t. If you’re not tied to the numbers, then do.

Agree with Jergens… what’s the point of vacation if not to escape…

How long is the vacation? If it was a long weekend I wouldn’t bother. If two weeks then I’d probably true to track what I could. It all depends on what you’re doing and what a “vacation” is to you. Do you need a break from your nutrition plan and are okay knowing by you’ll gain? Or do you need to maintain and therefore want to stay mindful of where you are. How do you want to feel when the trip is over? Good luck, have fun, wear spf :D

Yes, record within reason. If you are eating out it will be difficult, but watch your portions and you will be okay. Maybe take this opportunity to practice eating at maintaining your current weight.
