I am very happy that I continue to lose weight! I did not go to the gym once. Sometimes I take a week off. I don't know why I get that way but luckily it is not too often. I never really WANT to go to the gym but I make myself. I do a lot of walking at work and this was a very busy week. At least that helped out!
