Grrrrrr.....Gained 2.6 lbs. I guess the mid-week weigh in didn't really help much. I didn't eat THAT badly and did a fair amount of exercise. I did, however, really embrace the whole notion of drinking a lot of water the last few days. I wonder if that had anything to do with it, but I don't want to use that as an excuse. I have no one to blame but myself for this.

I guess it's time to take the gloves off and really bust my butt this week.

Is it possible you had too much sodium the day before weigh-in? I would drink your water. I think it can make a big difference in flushing out sodium and keeping our bodies balanced.

It is possible. I've been trying very hard to stay within my points. The ironic thing is that I avoided weighing in on Monday because of a 1 lb gain...only to wait for Wednesday and have a 2.6 lb gain.

Awake - you did have a gain, I bet yours is the sodium and you are just holding fluids. That makes 2 of us..... Hang in their ride the ride you will get through it.
