Weighing in a day early before my Thanksgiving meal. Not one who cares for holiday type foods, but I do like all the baked goods. (Sugar) I have got 30 minutes in on my TM already this morning. Hoping later tonight to get more exercise in........No I don't cook. But we are going to see family. I have made a healthy fruit salad and pickle rolls. Yum!

LOL!!! Pickle rolls is what my family calls them! A Thanksgiving "staple". How we make them..... Buddig Beef, 1 slice, carefully smear with cream cheese, (meat is very thin) roll with a sweet baby dill pickle. Cut the ends, (snack time!) then cut into 2 or 3 pieces and insert toothpicks. ENJOY!! Been a family favorite for years!!! ♡♡♡

That would be good with thin sliced home cooked meat.
