Hi everyone - I'm hoping I'm now going to be back on the weight loss trail. I've put on quite a bit over the last few months. OH finally lost his fight for life this morning. I'm a bit shell shocked as I was not expecting it. Although I've had a long time to get used to the idea it has still rocked my little world.
