My clothes always "seem" to fit a bit lose the day after I jog. Maybe it's all in my head??
Guess I will have to keep jogging to know for sure. Did not jog today b/c I am going for every other day to let my body recover. Now if I could just do it every other day that would be great.
Baby steps, at least I am starting and getting out there some:)
