Ate the whole bag sadly. Learned something though, it tore my stomach up.

Much better, my sugars had dropped that day and when i ate them i started perking up. Sadly i ate the whole bag that day but got my sugars to normal. Type 2 diabetes has been a challenge byt i have been able to eatch the sugars and change my whole diet style, so far so good down to 165 this morning
