So it's day 3 (on this website, but day 15 of hitting the lifestyle change hard) and I was surprised to have lost as much as I have over the past 2 days. I only need to lose 2.3 pounds to get to where I was in December and then after that I will be in uncharted territory (since the last time I weighed under 240 was when was 18). It's been sort of hard, especially since I had to bake cookies yesterday (and yes, I sampled) and there have been other goodies hanging around the lab at school. I'm finding that when I use this app on my phone and actually look at how many calories are in something it is easier to resist. Hoping that maybe by next week I will have lost the 2.3 pounds. Can't wait to be under 200! Crossing my fingers for that to happen by December or sooner.
