Since today is Walk At Lunch Day, my employer is hosting a walk to a local park and then will have activities. I actually have the middle of the day off...so I will be attending with my 2yr old. I'm sure he will provide entertainment and keep me on the go :)
Hope everyone can make it out for the 30 min walk today.

they cancelled it due to the weather but are supposed to make it up next wed. it was pretty cold and windy, so kinda glad about the reschedule :)

The distance is up to you. You just have to fit in as much of a walk on your lunch as possible. 20-30min would be excellent :)

Thats great you are walking at work, i used to, when the weather starts up i will have to start doing it again. i see you are 45 lb loss way to go!
