I am close to my goal of being out of the 160s by June 1. We'll see how tomorrow's weigh in goes. I have been following the FlatBelly Detox the past 4 days, trying to help with TOM. Seems to have worked. I was down to 160.6 this morning. Friday's Weight Watchers Weigh in was 162.4.
