Today I've eaten about 1,400 calories. But all of it unhealthy 😫. Absolutely must do better tomorrow (Saturday 19th) as it is weigh day with Liz on Sunday. Oh no I've just remembered I'm going to Sarah and Will's tomorrow to have some birthday cake 🎂! Really must try and have a smallish slice.
