Well the scales are stuck again. 🤣
Been the same for awhile. Hopefully before Monday I’ll have losses another pound or so.
Doctor appointment on Monday.
I over did it today working in the garage and I’ve been paying for it all day and all night.
Praying today is better. Need to do my total body exercise today.
