I’m still doing Induction for the most part…I’ve only had berries 2 times during the week. My weight loss has slowed and I think it’s due to me not eating ANY or hardly any vegetables. I need to get back on top of that and I also think I need to chill out on the Atkins bars as well and see if I can speed up my weight loss again!
83.3 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
