When you walk with the Lord, He is with you all the way. I gave this plea of losing weight over to Him in total commitment taking all the hassles and failures out of dieting and putting all my trust in Jesus. This has instead of becoming a difficult time in my life of losing an incredible amount of weight, a time of being closer than ever to the Lord and a spiritual walk of faith that He wants to bless me and He is. Thank you so much everyone! I love all of the support .. and I really appreciate it! Star71 - you are SO right! I can say that I've tried it every other way .. all the fad diets under the sun .. and in and of myself - my own ability, my own strength, my own wisdom .. it really wasn't until I figured out that I can do NOTHING a part from Christ that things began to change for me! I NEED Him .. day by day .. moment by moment sometimes! Keeping our focus on the Lord I do believe is key .. because EVERYTHING that we do in this life, should be for HIS glory (and not our own)! Thank you all again for the kind words of encouragement .. and for being in my corner! <3
