I have been so sick for 3 days can not hold anything down. So also can not work out have no energy. will get back on track when I feel better. the upside to being sick is I did lose a LB..lol

sip on hot water w/honey & lemon & cinnamon in it .. take your time drinking a cup or more... you will throw up less ..tc & get better

oh i forgot ginger.. take a slice of ginger some cinnamon stick or powder in a big cup of water .. either boil on stove or warm it up in microwave until boiling.. once all boiled up .. add anywhere between a tsp to tbsp of lemon.. let cool for a min then add honey about a tbsp .. cover & let it chill till warm then sip slowly for next few hours, your vomiting should decrease

ginger is v.good for tummy issues, & it is fast effecting too in such situations...i've tried it myself .. you can make it few time a day & sip & if you can have some homemade chicken broth.
