Day 1 of my new lease on life.

I will use this journal to hold myself accountable for my health. As I am typing this, I feel ashamed of my weight and have used it for numerous excuses for the past year. I want to regain the confidence (and looks) that I had in College and High School. I also want to be able to count myself as a member of an ever shrinking (ironic) group of fit Americans.

I pledge to workout more and track my eating habits as a way to eliminate my avoidance of living the life that I dream of.
