Boy did I blow it today. Just blew the diet off, and really splurged, hope I can get back on it tomorrow.

I started to do hypnosis to help with my "eating myself into an acoma" problem(I have a horrible sweet tooth) , just any free hypnosis app will do. I really liked amanda applebaum because of her British accent, but it's not free from her. She also helped me drink more water.

Actually this was Sunday, didn't' -realize until later how late it was. I try to stay on the diet, but we always eat out after church and sometimes it's really hard.
