Stressed and discouraged. Didn't work out today. Headed back to bed to see if maybe I can wake up with a better attitude towards my life.

That was my day yesterday. I worked out and felt a bit better actually... the thing about endorphins being released during exercise must have some validity to it! I hope you wake up feeling better! :)
