i guess i should weigh myself since it has been about a week. I am expecting to gain weight from getting back some muscle....a loss would be surprising. I wouldnt mind a loss since i have cut fat to 20% of rdi by cutting some processed foods out of my diet. It used to be about 30-32. Im definitely getting used to this diet thing! Cheat day coming up soon like totally awesome
