So I seem to be stalling on my weight loss, during the first 2 weeks of induction I seemed to be losing nearly a 1lb per day almost and now this week (my 3rd week) of induction I haven’t lost anything yet and actually have GAINED 1lb…I know, I shouldn’t weigh myself everyday but I can’t help it! I’m hoping that 1lb is just water or food that I’ve eaten. I know I need to eat more veggies but I’m having a real hard time fitting them in, any suggestions would be appreciated! But on a brighter note I still feel better than I did before I started this journey AND I am signing up for Pilates classes in May… I am super excited about that! They also do kickboxing and yoga there, which I have been interested in both as well….YAY!

I was going to suggest moving into OWL, but if you have added almonds, the you already have. I would try adding up to 5 net carbs veggies and drop the almonds for now.nonna
