iyakkk bener... gpp snacking, pokoknya utamain makan utama dulu (cukupin makro nutrien). baru kalo perlu snacking, makan ajaa.. gak perlu nyeselin apa yang udah di makan, sesekali kalori lebih dikit it's ok
