Went to Weight Watchers Tuesday and gained 1.6 lb's don't know why.(Maybe salt retenion or IRB syndrum). Try again this week so far got to work out three days weather in the 90's all week, last week only worked out two days in the pool weather not great. I can only work out in the pool I can't get around use a walker for short distences. Bad back problems. So I jog for 1 hr in the pool no problem. Can swim COPD from when I used to smoke QUIT 3 years ago.
