Perlahan kak jangan terlalu ngejer banget nikmati prosesnya agar tetep konsisten dan hasil bisa dilihat setelah 4bulan jangan langsung lihat hasil baru berapa minggu kak karna bakal bikin mind kita dwon👍🏻

Pas beratku masih 150kg itu olahraganya kebanyakan cardio sama pake alat tapi ga gitu ngerti dan ga fokus:( yang penting gerak waktu itu. Tapi belakangan ini aku lebih fokus ke strength training terus di selingin cardio 20 menit jalan cepet aja terakhirannya kalo lagi ga mager hehe
