Achive my first goal of 190. Eating better, without leaving food groups out, just measuring and eating more vegetables and fruits, not eliminating rice or pasta, just eating less quantities. For this new goal I will do more exercises (just walking before) and will eat more fruits and keep eating everything I love in moderation.
