Totally got off the horse. Was seduced by carbs and other unhealthy stuff. Passover didn't help the situation. However today I get serious again. I exercised last night and it felt good. Will hold on to that feeling and succeed and become thin. Woohoo.
71.6 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
