OH POOP! Gained 5 pounds back because I took a week off to completely binge and sit on my butt! Talk about hitting the ground face first! But today was the first day that I felt my spark again! Only after a Jillian workout! I reminded myself these last few days that no matter how much I ate, I was not getting satisfied! And I ate ALOT! I could eat a buffet and then puke, and then eat even more and still not be satisfied! I will not ever get anywhere good doing that. So, OFF with these 5 pounds, and so on....
