What's happening!!! I did heavy physical work all day yesterday and I have kept my carbs under 20 and I gained!!

If your muscles are sore (from all the physcial work), it means they are retaining water to help them heal. This can result in a gain on the scale. It is not a "real" gain, and it will go away in a couple of days. Drink some water.
