Man got my sorry butt out of bed at 4:15 and went to the gym, I am trying to be more committed to working out.

Tried the rowing machine last week, wow what a work out. Started off rowing this am, now I would like to try sculling. Here in the PNW there are lots of rowing clubs,it would be fun to take lessons.
