Thanks, everyone! I have never lost this much weight before or stayed with an eating program for this long. I really feel I have internalized a new way of living in moderation. I am excited for the future. I am fortunate that when I have gained weight in the past, it really crept on slowly. I have enough self-control to not go crazy and put on signicant weight. I hope maintenance is just a continuation of what I've been doing already.

It is just a continuation of what you are already doing. You will just have to tweak a little here and there to keep from losing more, but having a buffer is a good thing. Keep your exercise going also. Congratulations!
