I know how you're feeling right now. I cried and screamed a lot when I was in the middle of my elimination diet. I even recall throwing a bowl of inedible slop across the kitchen because it felt like I just didn't know how to cook anything appealing anymore! It was a miserable time for me too. The only advice I have for you is to have patience, & attention-to-detail and take comfort in potentially emerging from this challenging time feeling infinitely better and healthier. It is possible. You can do it.
