OMG! This elimination diet is eliminating my will to live...lol

Nevertheless, I will see it through. I have a goal and purpose in mind.

I know how you're feeling right now. I cried and screamed a lot when I was in the middle of my elimination diet. I even recall throwing a bowl of inedible slop across the kitchen because it felt like I just didn't know how to cook anything appealing anymore! It was a miserable time for me too. The only advice I have for you is to have patience, & attention-to-detail and take comfort in potentially emerging from this challenging time feeling infinitely better and healthier. It is possible. You can do it.

You can do it, don't give up. Keep yourself busy and it will be easier.

Detoxing off a food .. is like detoxing off any other drug. You can do this.
