Kak, bb awal dan tinggi kita ga beda jauh...sekarang ak stuck udah 2 minggu, gimana ngatasin stuck nya... help 😭😭😭

@sysofia86 kalo aku udah stuck biasanya coba reverse diet kak. Makannya di tdee, 3-7 harian dulu. Setelah itu defisit kalori lagi, biasanya suka mulai turun. Semangattt ya!
