Soooooo
I'm a terrible emotional eater en a HUGE snacker. When I'm happy, sad, excited and even when I'm bored 🤔
Trying this fasting thing now as I have tried every diet under the sun without success. Lost a lot of weight but gain it back so quickly afterwards.
So far so good with fasting as it helps to cut back on snacking and helps me more to keep to my calorie intake. Super stoked as something is working and not feeling like I'm going to pass out in the afternoon 😁😁
119.1 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
