Its tough I know! I had a bad week! Someone told me.. You only have a few pounds 2 lose.. it could be 70 lbs.. you only have 9.. You can do it.. Jes find ur motovation and stick 2 it!

Hun, just try your hardest. Try to to stick to your diet perfectly for just one day and see if you lose anything. Even if it's only a fraction of a pound, it will motivate you! Then you'll want to be good! Also, make sure you can have everything in moderation so you don't feel deprived! YOU CAN DO THIS!
