It’s tough as I am only
Eating about 1,000 calories a day & I am fasting by not eating after 4pm, but it is working as the weight is going down.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

1000 sounds really tough, I'm on 1300 most days and dread to think of the day when I'll have to lower my calories even more. Anyway, more power to you 💪

Hello Hussyv, gone up a little doesn't matter. You was going down beautifully so what ever you did for that go back to it, it worked. I must admit I'm not sure I could not eat after 4.00pm I am too hungry all the time. But it worked for you so good luck and go back on it. Merry Mel 🤩
